They helped her with Haircuts, Nails trimmed, Bathing, Preparing Food, managed her medicine, called in when medicine was due to be ordered, Light housekeeping with a smile on their face and compassion in their hearts. I can’t thank Arnie enough for sending True Angels to care for my Mom. She felt special and Loved every day. We could not have done it without them.

I was told of My Angels agency from a nearby skilled nursing facility, and I’m glad I “found” them, and I used their services a lot. The caregivers were great and helped my mom and me so much. Arnie was able to find caregivers at times when I needed last-minute help for my mom. Arnie put in a lot of effort to find them and succeeded in finding caregivers for me even last minute, which I know is difficult to do. By the way, the rates are very reasonable. Arnie also gave me plenty of background information on the caregivers so that I could know about them before they even walked through the door.

They provided excellent care for my 97 year old mother, and were careful, conscientious and skilled at meeting her needs. Arnie ensured that the right care was there for my mother 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for more than a year. I was referred to My Angels after another agency I had been working with sent an unqualified caregiver to care for my husband who was suffering from brain cancer. Arnie quickly set up a meeting with me and brought two highly qualified and experienced male caregivers for me to meet and interview. The caregiver started the next day and he was kind, caring and attentive to my husband’s needs. He managed medications, bathed him, fed him, and sat in on therapy sessions and followed through on therapist’s exercises daily. The caregiver was always respectful of my husband’s needs, which in turn, gave my husband the much needed dignity every person is entitled to during the most difficult moments of their life. I would recommend My Angels to anyone who has a loved one who needs excellent care.

For almost 3 months, while my mom was in skilled nursing, Arnies’ staff took care of my mom. She needed 24 hr. one on one care that skilled nursing couldn’t provide. They were so patient and understanding. They were her advocates when she needed attention from skilled nursing staff. At times mom was not easy to work with but they made it their task to figure out how to work around her “moods”. Their care for her made me relax and not stress.
